Dr Dawn and Ben from Action Performance Care used A.R.T. to treat my daughter for sports-induced shin splints that had been causing problems for over 2 years . After a few short sessions, my daughter is now 100% pain free. Dr Dawn also helped with her running form to minimize the chance of reoccurrence. Very highly recommended.

I’ve been going to Dr Dawn for 15 years now and she’s saved my athletic career over and over. I’ll go as far as to say she saved my life when it was recommended I needed emergency back surgery. After 3 sessions with Dr Dawn my surgeon retracted the surgery recommendation and said “whatever you’re doing, keep it up”, and after 15 years I’ve never had any more back issues. Dr Dawn is truly an honest and genius practitioner of finding the root cause and correcting it with various physical manipulation and acupuncture techniques. After just one visit for any painful physical issues, you’ll be amazed at how you feel. But don’t give up, multiple sessions will have you on the road to permanently correcting your issues. Be ready to endure some pain in her sessions, but the lasting effects of the treatments are more than worth it.
