Allie Ucich, CMT

Allie Ucich is a University of New Hampshire graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in social work. She joined an Americorps program out of school and traveled the country performing disaster relief. She then became a Wilderness Therapy Guide in beautiful Vermont, camping and hiking with troubled teens. Throughout the years of experience gained working with different populations, Allie desired more hands-on work in the healing business. With an interest in anatomy and physical activity, she wanted to help people in a holistic way by combining her studies and passion.

Allie moved to San Diego and started an aid position at a physical therapy clinic to get a better sense of functional movement and kinesiology. During this time, she studied at Pacific College of Health and Science and became a Certified Massage Therapist to create a hybrid approach to healing. Here is where Active Release Technique (ART) was introduced to Allie by a fellow classmate.

Allie wants to use manual therapy and ART to help people with injuries and athletes recover faster to reach their goals and potential. Allie strives to keep active bodies moving.

Allie enjoys working out and being active with her friends and family by hiking, playing pickleball, and running around with her two nieces. When not out and about, Allie enjoys reading a good book or watching sports games with her cat cuddled up next to her.
