Dr. Dawn Liu has literally helped change my life. I was on the verge of not being able to distance run ever again after experiencing toe issues during my 2011 marathon training season. After experiencing another toe injury early in my 2013 marathon training season, I started Active Refease Technique, ART, and have noticed immediate positive results since. Dr. Dawn Liu performed a biomechanics analysis of my funning form and has made recommendations on how I should run and has been actively working with me weekly.
