Both Dr. John and Dr. Anna have worked on me on several occasions now not to recover from injuries but instead maintain optimal health and allow me to continue with a demanding training regimen. I always walk out of their office feeling so much better than I walked in, with better functioning tissues, improved mobility, and great muscle activation. Beyond the immediate physical benefits, both Dr. John and Dr. Anna possess a wealth of knowledge and provide me with the tools to better care for myself when I’m not in their office. They’ve helped me create a better understanding of my own working anatomy and how I can maximize my own physical potential. 5 stars does not do these guys justice.
