I’ve been going to Action for five years on and off for different injuries. Without fail they have been able to treat serious sports injuries and get me back into training or playing for triathlon, Crossfit, and other sports. Their methods are different from some of the chiropractors that I’ve been to, but they are the only ones that have consistently helped me heal and treated me quickly. They also offer a great military discount if you are able to take advantage of that.

Dr. Liu is amazing. I have been seeing her twice per week for only three weeks now and I already feel so much better, it’s shocking!

I used to run distance with no problem, then started developing a pain in my lower back so bad that I had to stop running at less than one mile. It was extremely frustrating and discouraging. I’m already back to almost 3 miles per day and am excited to keep pressing on to get back to where I was before!

She is so thorough and spends so much time with you. She really cares about you and wants to help you get better. We’ve spent time running and even discussing nutrition. If you visit her regularly, implement the running form recommendations she makes and foam roll on your own time, it works!
